Are all your cotton shirts made from ripstop fabric?

All of our work shirts use ripstop cotton for extra tear resistance and airflow.

Why we choose ripstop

  • Helps stop small snags from turning into tears
  • Hard wearing with a lighter feel than many heavy twills
  • Great for mining, construction, and high abrasion tasks

Do you offer custom embroidery?

Yes. We provide in-house embroidery and print through our sister company Reali, with facilities in Brisbane, Mackay, and Perth. You will receive digital artwork proofs for approval before production.

Decoration details

  • Methods: embroidery, heat transfer print
  • Artwork: proof approval required
  • Setup fees: none for standard decoration
  • Turnaround: typically 7 to 9 working days after artwork approval
  • Custom items are final sale once decorated

I want to order in bulk for my business

Great. We support full company rollouts and site based delivery.

We can also set up a SUMS by Reali company portal for easy reordering, approvals, and cost centre tracking.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We offer tiered pricing that improves with quantity per style and per order. Contract pricing is available for annual volumes.

Discounts depend on logo complexity, decoration method, and lead times. Request a quote and our team will confirm the best pricing for your program.

I want to fit out my team. Do you offer fittings?

Yes. Choose the option that suits your location and team size.

Fitting options

  • On site fittings for larger teams in major regions
  • Fit kits shipped nationally that include size runs for try ons
  • Sample packs so supervisors can test sizes and fabrics before branding
  • Virtual sizing support where our team matches your current brands and sizes to Eureka Safety equivalents

We are committed to consistent, comfortable fits across sizes.

What we recommend

  • Check the size chart on each product page and measure your chest and sleeve length
  • If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for cotton garments to allow for natural movement
  • Order samples before branding for large rollouts
  • Exchanges are available on non decorated items within our returns window. See our Returns policy for details

Care tips that help fit

  • Cold machine wash
  • Line dry in the shade. Avoid dryers where possible
  • Keep hi vis garments out of direct sun while drying to preserve colour

Do your products meet Australian safety standards?

Yes. Our sun protective garments are designed to comply with AS/NZS 4399:2017 for UV protection. Product pages list specific ratings and standards where applicable.

Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

We ship from Brisbane, Perth or Mackay (which ever location is closet to you). See our Delivery Information page for current processing times and Australia Post delivery estimates.

Returns

We accept returns on brand new items in original condition with tags and original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Non decorated items only. Products with customer approved embroidery, printing, or taping are not eligible
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Items may be inspected on arrival and refused if not in original condition

How to start a return

  • Email our team (sales@eurekasafety.com.au) with your order number and the item details
  • We will share next steps and a return authorisation
  • Once received and approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after your parcel reaches our warehouse for processing.

Exchanges

  • For a different size or style, place a new order and return your original item within the window outlined above

Faulty or incorrect items

  • If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us with photos. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue. Store policies cannot limit these rights. ACCC
