We ship all orders with Australia Post. Choose Regular Parcel Post for the best value or upgrade to Express Post at checkout for the fastest delivery.

Regular Parcel Post: Reliable delivery with full tracking. Free on orders above $100 or $10 for orders below $100

Express Post: Priority handling with the fastest delivery speeds available on the Australia Post network. Flat Rate of $15

Tracking: Every parcel includes a tracking number. You will receive a link via email or SMS when your order is dispatched.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Processing and dispatch

We pick and pack orders Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded).

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders that include pre-order or back-order items will ship when all items are ready. If you need a split shipment, please contact us before you order.
Delivery estimates within Australia
Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post. They vary by origin and destination and may extend during peak periods or due to network congestion.

Note: If your address is outside the Express Post next-business-day network, Express is still the fastest option available.
Authority to Leave (Safe Drop)

You can choose Authority to Leave through your Australia Post MyPost account or the AusPost app.

If Authority to Leave is selected, the driver may leave your parcel in a safe place. If no safe place is available, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

For high-value orders we may require a signature on delivery.
Address changes and delivery preferences

After dispatch, you can often redirect your parcel to a different address, a Parcel Locker, or a Post Office through your MyPost account, provided the parcel has not gone on board for delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address before dispatch, contact our team as soon as possible.
Delivery problems

Most late parcels arrive within a few business days of the estimated date. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please check the tracking first, then reach out to our team so we can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

If your parcel is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, check with other household members and neighbours, then contact us so we can investigate with Australia Post.
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
Peak season and public holidays
Delivery timeframes may be longer during peak periods such as November and December, and around public holidays. We will publish seasonal cut-off dates in advance each year.
