Ethical Sourcing at Eureka Safety

At Eureka Safety, we believe that great workwear starts with great working conditions. That’s why we are committed to ethical sourcing practices across our entire supply chain.

Third-Party Audited Manufacturing

We only work with manufacturers who agree to regular, independent audits by globally recognised third-party organisations, including Intertek, Eurofins Scientific, SgT, Pro QC International, QIMA, and TESTCOO.

These audits ensure:

  • Fair labour practices
  • Safe working environments
  • legal wage compliance at every level of production.

On-the-Ground Accountability

Our Director personally visits each of our offshore manufacturing partners every six months.

These visits aren’t just about quality control, they're about building relationships, inspecting factory conditions firsthand, and ensuring the people behind our products are treated with respect and dignity.

Our Modern Slavery Commitment

We are proud to publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement, in line with the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018. This document outlines the steps we take to identify and address the risk of forced labour, exploitation, and unsafe conditions across our operations and supply chain.

Why it matters:

Modern slavery can exist in even the most complex supply networks. By remaining transparent, proactive, and accountable, we help protect workers' rights and maintain trust with our customers, partners, and the communities we serve.
